Labour MPs, Kate Hoey and John Cryer joined People's Pledge campaigners outside HM Treasury in Westminster, London today to urge the Government not to be drawn into any new Euro bail outs – without an EU Referendum. They were joined by Brian Denny representing Trades Unionists Against the EU Constitution.
Director of the People's Pledge, Mark Seddon said; “We urge all of our supporters to email this picture and message to family and friends. British taxpayers are being asked to risk billions of pounds on EU bail outs, at time of cuts in public services at home. This is on top of the money Britain is contributing independently to Greece, Ireland and Portugal through increased contributions to the IMF”.
