At a brief High Court hearing this morning (Wed 5th October) Judge Edwards adjourned the case “for mention” until Wednesday 16th November. It is presumed that on that date he will give a date in December when he will deliver a judgement.
Today is the 6th anniversary since Sean was first arrested outside the Party's Ard Fheis in Belfast.
